We comply with the Distance Contracts Act and thus you have the right to return ordered goods without giving any reason. You cancel your purchase by notifying us within 14 days of receiving your order (or at most). The item must be returned well packaged, in good condition and in the original box.
Returns are at your own expense unless the product is defective or we have packed it incorrectly. Returns must be sent as a letter or package, not cash on delivery.

If you, as a customer, have handled the item to a greater extent than is necessary to determine its properties or function and this has led to the returned item being of less value, we are entitled to deduct an amount corresponding to the decrease in value of the item from the amount must be refunded.
