Return Policy & Refund Policy
We follow the Distance Contracts Act and therefore you have the right to return ordered goods without giving any reason. You cancel your purchase by notifying us within 14 days of receiving your order (or most of it). The goods must be returned well packaged, in good condition and in the original carton.
Returns are at your own expense unless the item is defective or we have packaged it incorrectly. Returns should be sent as a letter or parcel, not cash on delivery.

If you as a customer have handled the goods to a greater extent than is necessary to determine their properties or function and this has resulted in the goods being returned with a lower value, we are entitled to deduct an amount corresponding to the decrease in value of the goods from the amount to be refunded. The decrease in value is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund the amount you have paid for the goods as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days from the day we received the goods. You must pay the return shipping costs yourself when you return the goods.
